Here’s what you should know:
Storage Fees
Packages are held free of charge for 14 days after they are marked available for pick-up. If a package remains uncollected after 14 days, a storage fee of $100 JMD per day will apply starting on the 15th day. Long- Term Storage (30+ Days)
We clear shipments three times per week, and warehouse space is limited.
If a package remains in storage for 30 days after arrival, the package may be disposed of by the company through sale, third-party handling, or auction.
Missing DBC number
Your DBC number must be included on all packages when shipping.
This number allows us to identify and process your shipment quickly. Packages received without a DBC number may experience delays and will attract a $300 JMD reprocessing fee.
Handling Fee
Packages over 10 lbs require additional care and lifting.
A $500 JMD handling fee applies once a package exceeds 10 lbs. As it moves closer to the next 10lb bracket, and additional $500 will be applied. This ensures proper handling and safety during processing.
Please ensure to send your invoice before your package arrives to avoid delays & fees. If an invoice is not provided, a fee will be applied.
